If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it "no questions asked".

Simply return your puchase unused, in as received condition and in it's original packaging.

This 30 day "Risk Free" Return Policy covers all our products excepting Sale Articles and Indent Goods.

SALE ARTICLES: Cannot be returned if you have simply changed your mind. However all our products, including sale articles, are covered by our 2 year replacement warranty and the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.

INDENT GOODS: Cannot be returned if you have simply changed your mind. These goods that have been imported to meet your specific request and are not articles we normally stock.

2. Pay for return shipping unless otherwise agreed by us.
